About us

My work with clients starts with my belief that we all have the resources within us to achieve our potential.

My role in this is to build your awareness of what is possible, by working with your strengths, possibilities, talents and natural gifts.

Throughout my journey of Life I have had the opportunity to work with people. During this I noticed that this regularly enabled people to move on; often resulting in them fulfilling their ambitions. These include giving up smoking, project completion, improved performance, managing stress and developing a new career.

My background includes the Royal Marines and a Governor in HM Prison Service which has given me a healthy sense of adventure. In addition, I noticed a common theme of guiding people towards a better place.

• Master Practitioner in NLP (accredited by INLPTA)
• Member of the Association for Coaching
