The first step within my style of coaching is one of recognising that we all have the resources within us to achieve our goals. By identifying your skills and working towards reaching those seemingly unattainable goals we are able to improve many aspects and qualities within your life.

My skills are in building your awareness as to what is possible, by working with your strengths, possibilities, talents and the many natural gifts you possess.

One Day Now Ltd work within the Accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) and the International NLP Training Association (INLPTA) code of ethics, working with individuals to create freedom of choice to improve confidence and performance using NLP techniques.

Within the commercial world One Day Now can provide active business coaching to improve performance motivation in order promote further business success.
